What we collect from subscribers and partners

• Your name, business name, and email address — so we can deliver the product, send service emails, and attribute partner referrals.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us, including replies to outreach, so we can work your request or, for DFY clients, your campaign replies.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share subscriber or partner information with third parties except the processors required to run the service (such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivery).
• This website does not run advertising trackers.

About the agency database

The database is compiled by our research team from state licensing data and business information agencies publish themselves (their own websites and public listings). It covers businesses, not consumers. If you represent an agency in the database and want a record corrected or removed, email us and we will take care of it.

Your choices

• Reply to any email from us and you will be removed from outreach — permanently.
• Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or to delete it, at the address below. Deleting your subscriber information ends your subscription delivery.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and note the new date above. Material changes are also emailed to subscribers.
