The State of Florida Home Care, in numbers.
We analyzed 102 licensed Florida home care agencies — their websites, booking paths, social presence, and Google profiles. The headline: this is a large, licensed, paying market that is almost completely invisible online.
Data collected & verified October 2026 · OwnerFlight research
Where the agencies are
The dataset concentrates in Florida's major metros — the same metros where private-pay demand and agency competition are highest:
What this means if you sell marketing to home care agencies
-
The booking gap is a web & intake pitch, pre-written
13 of the 32 agencies verified so far can't take a booking or consultation request online. Every one is flagged individually in the database — that's not a cold list, it's 13 warm reasons to call, with more verifying every week.
-
Social silence is a content pitch with no competition
When 97% of a market has no Instagram presence, the first agency in each city that shows up consistently owns the feed by default. The database flags exactly who is dark.
-
Thin reviews are a reputation pitch with urgency built in
A 4.8★ average on a median of 10 reviews is a number one bad month can wreck. Agencies know it, even if they haven't fixed it — the database carries rating and review count on every record so the conversation starts specific.
Methodology
This brief is drawn from the OwnerFlight Florida database (October 2026): licensed home care agencies identified from Florida license records and cross-checked against each agency's public website, Google Business profile, and social presence. Online-booking and Instagram figures reflect what could be found on each agency's public web presence at verification time; records that could not be verified were left blank rather than estimated. The full database — owner/administrator names, phones, license numbers, ratings, booking and social signals, and a 0–100 priority score with a plain-English reason per record — is refreshed weekly, with a weekly Hot 10 of the agencies showing the freshest buying triggers. Florida was the first market. Twenty-three more states are live now.
Want the rows behind these numbers?
Florida was the first market. Twenty-three more states are live now — 4,572 agencies in all. The proof step is the $800 Deal: one full outreach flight in your market — zero positive replies and we run it again free; still zero and the $800 is refunded in full.
