Home care agencies in South Florida — by the numbers.
South Florida is the heavyweight of the Florida dataset: 35 licensed agencies from Miami to West Palm Beach — a third of the entire state file. It is also Florida's most digitally awake home care market, which in this industry still means two-thirds of agencies can't take a booking online.

Thirteen of the region's 18 cities have two or fewer tracked agencies — most of South Florida's home care map is one- and two-agency towns where a single visible provider takes the whole local market.
The five highest-priority South Florida agencies in the current dataset:
Agency (public business name)
---
Home Instead
Sunshine Home Care Services
Touch By An Angel Home Care Inc
Caring Solutions in Home Care (Miami)
Golden Charge Home Care Services
The region is home to the highest priority score in the entire Florida dataset — a 40 — and six South Florida agencies score 30 or higher. The full record for each agency — owner or administrator, phone, license number, Google rating and review count, booking and social signals, and a 0–100 priority score with the reason attached — lives in the subscriber database. This page publishes market totals only.
What this means if you sell marketing to home care agencies
South Florida is where Florida home care competition actually happens: 35 agencies, the state's highest booking rate, and its single highest priority score. It is also fragmented — a marketer can own entire one-agency towns while competitors fight over Miami. In the full database, every South Florida record carries the owner or administrator, phone, license number, rating profile, and a 0–100 priority score with the reason attached — and the weekly Hot 10 keeps the region's freshest buying signals in front of subscribers.

Methodology
Drawn from the OwnerFlight Florida database (October 2026): licensed home care agencies identified from Florida license records and cross-checked against each agency's public website, Google Business profile, and social presence. Online-booking and Instagram figures reflect what could be found on each agency's public web presence at verification time; records that could not be verified were left blank rather than estimated. Agencies that serve more than one city are counted once in the regional total and under each city they serve in the breakdown above; one South Florida agency serves three listed cities, so the breakdown sums to more than the regional total. Single-city pages count agencies by their primary listed city — Miami's city page total is 13, while the 14 shown here includes one agency that also serves Miami from Oakland Park and West Palm Beach. Florida is OwnerFlight's live market; additional states launch as each is validated.
